Six kinds of work you should not put AI on

When I was putting equipment into factories, most of the job was not installing but saying “not here” and taking it back out. AI is the same. Build the exclusion criteria before the candidate list.

The six to exclude

• Low-frequency work, 한 달에 몇 번 하는 일은 붙이는 비용이 더 듭니다
• Work with over 20% exceptions, 다섯 번에 한 번 규칙 밖이면 확인하는 시간이 더 걸립니다

The last one catches people most often. The hardest task and the first task are not the same task.

Exception rates can simply be measured

Don't guess — count for three days. How many items went through, and how many fell outside the rule. Those two numbers decide it. If you don't know them, the answer isn't to delay adoption; it's to measure first.

What survives the filter is the real candidate

Applying the six filters usually halves the list. That is normal. Of what remains, take only the one with the largest annual hours. Once one is running, the second attaches itself.
