01. What is collected

Contact form, 성함, 기관·기업명, 직함·부서, 이메일, 연락처, 문의 유형, 희망 시기·장소, 문의 내용, 유입 경로

02. Why it is collected

To review and reply to enquiries, agree speaking and consulting schedules and terms, conclude and perform contracts, and to understand what is needed so the site can be improved.

03. Retention and deletion

Enquiry data is deleted one year after the reply is completed. Where a contract results, records are kept for the period required by law (for example five years for transaction records under the E-Commerce Act) and then deleted. Visit logs are deleted after 13 months.

04. Third-party disclosure

None. Nothing is sold or passed on for advertising. The only exception is a lawful request from an investigative authority under due process.

05. Processors and overseas transfer

06. Cookies and analytics

Browser storage is used to remember your sign-in state and display mode (light or dark). Visit statistics are counted in a form that does not identify individuals. You can block this at any time in your browser settings.

07. Your rights

You may at any time request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your information. Contact me below and it will be handled without delay, with the outcome reported back to you. Requests may also be made through a legal representative.

08. Safeguards

Access rights are kept to a minimum and all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. The admin console is separated by account and permission level.

09. Children under 14

No information is collected from children under 14.
