FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
In the actual order they come in
Q1FormatHow long does a lecture run?A special lecture is 90 minutes by default. Workshops run 180 minutes, and intensive courses run over 2 days. We adjust to fit your institution's schedule.
Q2Format워크숍과 특강은 뭐가 다른가요?특강은 듣고 갑니다. 워크숍은 Produces the deliverables and carries them out personally, 팀빌딩 캔버스, 90일 채용 계획, IR덱 초안 같은 것들. 선발기업 교육이라면 워크숍이 맞습니다.
Q3FormatCan it be done online?Yes. However, since workshops involve hands-on exercises, online sessions are limited to 30 or fewer participants and use small group breakouts. Special lectures have no participant limit.
Q4Schedule얼마나 전에 문의해야 하나요?Three weeks ahead is safe. 2주 안쪽이면 일정이 안 맞을 확률이 높고, 자료를 기관 맞춤으로 다시 짜는 시간이 안 나옵니다. 급하면 일단 문의 주십시오, 가능 여부만 먼저 답합니다.
Q5ScheduleHow long does it take to get a reply? We typically reply by email within 1 business day. On weekends or holidays, it's the next business day.
Q6MaterialsCan I receive the lecture materials in advance?Once confirmed, we send a PDF 3–5 days beforehand. Since materials are rebuilt each time to include the institution's own cases, we don't provide a standard version in advance.
Q7MaterialsIs recording or filming allowed?Yes, for internal institutional records. Please arrange in advance for any public release or redistribution. Uploading to public channels like YouTube requires separate consent.
Q8LocationDo you travel to regional areas for lectures?Yes. Besides Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi, I've given lectures in places like Ulsan, Suncheon, and Busan. We just need to coordinate the travel schedule in advance.
Q9OverseasCan you also run overseas programs?Yes. In 2026, I ran a training program for Mongolian startup support staff with consecutive interpretation. Materials are prepared separately with interpretation in mind.
Q10AppointmentWhat's the process for being appointed as an evaluation committee member? It follows each institution's own regulations. If you need a career statement or proof of qualifications, please mention it when you inquire. I have experience serving as an evaluation committee member for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
Q11AppointmentHow are conflicts of interest handled? If a company under evaluation is one I've invested in or currently advise, I disclose it upfront and recuse myself. If you provide the company list before the appointment, I'll check it in advance.
Q12ScopeCan you take charge of an entire accelerating program?Yes. I've served as lead PM on 30+ projects covering everything from program design, company selection, and incubation to IR and performance management. Scope is worked out together when you inquire.
Q13ScopeHow many sessions does consulting start from?A single diagnostic session is fine. But for the company to actually move, it's better to plan for multiple sessions. We diagnose in the first session and decide the number of sessions together.
Q14CostHow much does it cost?It depends on your institution's budget rules and on the format, scope, and travel distance. Contact us and we'll reply with a breakdown along with the scope. If you have a fixed budget, we'll tailor the format to fit it.
Q15ScopeCan you write the business plan or grant application for me?I don't write it for you. As a rule I do not ghost-write business plans or grant applications. Instead I show you what a reviewer actually looks at, then go through the document you wrote and point out where it is weak. A document only holds up in the presentation if someone from the company wrote it.
Q16DocumentationDocuments like a business registration certificate and bankbook copy are requiredCheck the required documents box on the inquiry form and we'll attach them to our reply email. Instructor profile, career statement, and proof of performance can be included too.
